MJL are delighted to have forged a relationship with CG Fry to construct 82 new houses on the outskirts of Newquay.

The site is of local significance being closely developed with the Duchy of Cornwall and embodies the principles of architecture and urban planning championed by the Prince Of Wales.

Initially brought into to construct the next phase of common infrastructure and further two phases of housing, MJL are delighted to have secured an additional three phases of housing on site.

This development exudes class throughout; with quality finishes, locally sourced granite kerbs and external paving from a quality specification.

The site is multi-award winning and MJL are proud of the small part they have played in the delivery of this prestigious development.
