MJL takes Health & Safety extremely seriously and is fully committed to providing a safe working environment for all its employees and others affected by the works being undertaken by us.

We have three internal NEBOSH Qualified members of staff who carry out pro-active audits on all sites to ensure we identify areas where improvement can be made and enhance safe working practices within the company.

In line with our ongoing commitment towards Health & Safety, the company manages its procedures to the ISO 45001 standard and  provides extensive Health & Safety and Training policies to all employees; which are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

Before any employee or sub-contractor commences work for MJL Group, they are given a strict induction at our Head Office, to ensure that they fully understand their responsibilities and compliance to maintain a safe working environment for all.

To ensure Health & Safety is maintained within the company, regular tool box talks and team briefings are carried out. These are audited and monitored on a regular basis by our internal auditors and external consultants.

The company sub-contracts the services of the following Health & Safety Consultant for site audits and independent advice.
