This development of 175 units is one of the largest developments in the local area and saw MJL acting as Principle Contractor to install the site infrastructure and first parcel of house foundations before handing the site back to the main contractor.

The site has produced a steady flow of work for the business in satisfying requirements from both Private & Social Housing clients and is shaping into a fine development.

Works are progressing well with a projected completion for the development some time in 2020.
